iKnowThatSite.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides hosted online forms, tools, and submission processing services. By accessing or using these Services, you (“User,” “Client,” or “End User”) consent to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Information voluntarily submitted through forms;
- Name, email, business information;
- Uploaded files or documents;
- Form submission data;
- Limited access credentials used solely to view one’s own submissions;
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, usage data, cookies and similar technologies.

2. Cookies and Analytics
Cookies and analytics tools may be used to operate, improve, and analyze the Services. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

3. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- Provide and operate the Services;
- Provide, host, and manage forms;
- Allow users to access their own submissions;

4. Form Submission Data and Multi-Party Use
Forms hosted through the Services may be used by individuals, businesses, customers of businesses, multiple parties involved in the same form, or any combination of the above.
The Company is not a party to any relationship, transaction, contract, agreement, or interaction between any users or third parties, does not validate or approve submitted data, does not verify identity or accuracy, and has no responsibility for disputes, outcomes, agreements, or obligations between any parties.
All responsibility for form content, data, instructions, outcomes, and results lies solely with the Client or User who supplied or initiated the information submitted through the form.

5. Third-Party End Users and No Relationship
When an individual submits information through a form connected to a client business, the Company provides only a platform and:
- Is not the business receiving the submission;
- Is not a participant in the transaction or relationship;
- Has no obligations to the End User.
All questions, corrections, disputes, or issues must be directed to the client business.
The Company disclaims all liability for claims brought by End Users of a client business.

6. Prohibited Sensitive Data
Users may not submit or collect medical or health information subject to HIPAA or similar laws, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or payment card data, government identification numbers, biometric identifiers, or other regulated or highly sensitive personal information.
The Company does not provide HIPAA-compliant services and assumes no responsibility for prohibited data. Submitting such data is solely at the User’s or Client’s risk.

7. Data Controller vs. Data Processor
Clients determine what data is collected through their forms and are solely responsible for legal and regulatory compliance. Clients act as the data controller. The Company acts only as a data processor and does not determine what data is collected, how it is used, or how long it is retained.
End Users must contact the client business directly regarding access, correction, or deletion of their data.

8. Third-Party Data Submission
If a User submits information about another person, the User represents they have all necessary rights and permissions. The Company has no obligation to notify, contact, or obtain consent from third parties whose information is submitted. The submitting User and Client assume all responsibility.

9. Form Outputs, Results, and Outcomes
Forms may generate contracts, agreements, calculations, or other outputs. The Company does not guarantee accuracy or legal validity, does not provide legal or professional services, and is not responsible for results, consequences, or outcomes. All risks are assumed solely by the Client and/or End User.

10. Transfer, Sharing, and Forwarding of Forms
Forms may be shared, forwarded, or accessed by individuals not originally intended by the Client. The Company is not responsible for how forms are shared or who accesses them.

11. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party processors such as PayPal, Stripe, or others. The Company does not process or store payment card or bank information.

12. Service Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to any form or Service at any time, including disabling forms for non-payment, misuse, or security concerns, without liability.

13. Data Security, Availability, and Data Loss
No system is completely secure. The Company does not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, data recovery, or protection against loss, deletion, corruption, or unavailability. The Company is not responsible for data loss or exposure caused by Users, Clients, third parties, outages, or failures.

14. Data Retention
Information may be retained as necessary to operate the Services or comply with legal obligations. Backups or logs may persist after active data is removed.
The Company has no obligation to store, retrieve, or provide access to data submitted through free or non-account tools and may delete such data at any time.

15. Deletion Requests
Deletion requests may be honored only if submitted from the same email originally associated with the data and only where legally permitted and technically feasible. Deletion is provided as a courtesy only and may take 30 days or longer. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

16. No Duty and No Liability
The Company owes no duty of care, fiduciary duty, or obligation to any User, Client, End User, or third party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services, including claims brought by Clients, End Users, or third parties.

17. Disputes Between Users or Third Parties
The Company has no obligation to mediate, intervene in, or resolve disputes between any parties. All such disputes must be resolved between the parties involved.

18. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. Rights may vary by jurisdiction and will be honored only where legally required and only where the Company controls the relevant data.

19. Changes to This Policy
Updates may be posted at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
